About This Fabric

This is a premium lightweight dobby stripe fabric woven from 100% natural cotton fibers. It features a delicate geometric diamond and vertical stripe texture integrated directly into the weave, offering a highly breathable, soft handfeel with a gentle drape. This semi-sheer material is exceptionally well-suited for summer dresses, heirloom doll clothes, delicate curtains, wedding party apparel, and intricate DIY crafts.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We currently ship orders directly from our fabric warehouse in China.

Other International Destinations
Estimated delivery time: 8–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local carrier handling.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $6.99
• Free Shipping on orders over $59

Shipping rates for other countries will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Continuous Cut Policy

For multiple yards of the same fabric, we will cut the fabric as one continuous piece whenever possible.

For example: Ordering 3 yards of the same fabric will normally be shipped as one 3-yard continuous piece.

In rare cases where continuous cutting is not possible, we will notify you before shipping.

Fabric Measurement Note

All fabric is sold by the yard. 1 yard = approximately 0.91 meters (91 cm). Please refer to the product specifications for exact width information.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your fabric purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and uncut.
• The fabric must remain in the same condition as received.
• You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cut Fabric Products

Fabric is cut according to each customer's order quantity. Because of the custom cutting process, cut fabric products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue or an error with your order.

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, or used.
• Fabric purchased by the yard that is no longer in its original condition.
• Orders placed incorrectly due to selecting the wrong color, quantity, or fabric type.

If you are unsure about a fabric's color, texture, weight, or suitability for your project, we recommend ordering a sample or a smaller quantity before placing a larger order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after receiving it.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the package and fabric
• A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Color Variation

Please note that fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on:

• Monitor and screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Different production batches

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

For projects requiring exact color matching, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing larger quantities.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by CielonFabric.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of cut fabric products, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different fabric, color, or quantity, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, provided that processing or cutting has not started.

Once fabric has been cut or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
