Shipping & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery Times to the United States
- Order processing: 2–4 business days
- Transit time: 7–9 business days
- Estimated total delivery: 9–13 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders of $59 or more.
- $6.99 flat rate for orders below $59.
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay — no surprises at the door.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update after you receive it.
