Design & Construction
The relief comes from extra yarn in the petal areas, so the flower stands proud of the ground and catches light along its edges while the background stays matte. Because there is no colour contrast, the motif only appears when light hits it at an angle, which keeps the cloth formal. The nylon share adds resilience to a surface that is meant to be seen up close.
Project Ideas
The tone-on-tone relief suits gowns and dresses where the fabric itself is the decoration, and it works for jacket panels and simple decor pieces where a printed flower would be too loud. The solid colour makes it easy to line without matching a print repeat.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your fabric purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and uncut.
- The fabric must remain in the same condition as received.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Cut Fabric Products
Fabric is cut according to each customer's order quantity. Because of the custom cutting process, cut fabric products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue or an error with your order.
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Fabric that has been cut, washed, altered, or used.
- Fabric purchased by the yard that is no longer in its original condition.
- Orders placed incorrectly due to selecting the wrong color, quantity, or fabric type.
If you are unsure about a fabric's color, texture, weight, or suitability for your project, we recommend ordering a sample or a smaller quantity before placing a larger order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

- Your order number
- Photos of the package and fabric
- A description of the issue
We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Color Variation
Please note that fabric colors may appear slightly different depending on:
- Monitor and screen settings
- Lighting conditions
- Different production batches
Minor color variations are not considered defects.
For projects requiring exact color matching, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing larger quantities.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by CielonFabric.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of cut fabric products, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different fabric, color, or quantity, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, provided that processing or cutting has not started.
Once fabric has been cut or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
