Product Information

All fabric products are sold by the yard unless otherwise stated. Quantity 1 means 1 yard.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, dimensions, and fabric characteristics. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and fabric production batches. These variations are not considered defects.

Multiple quantities of the same fabric will generally be shipped as one continuous piece. In rare cases where continuous cutting is not possible, we will contact you before shipping.

Fabric Orders

Fabric is cut to order based on the quantity purchased. Because of this, we recommend ordering the full amount needed for your project at once to ensure consistent dye lots and continuous yardage.

Pre-washing fabric before cutting and sewing is recommended, as natural fibers may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is available on our website and applies to all purchases. Please review it before placing your order.

Limitation of Liability

CielonFabric shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use, handling, or washing of our fabric products after purchase. Once the fabric has been cut, washed, or altered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
